Despite the way some green smoothies may look, green smoothies are hands down the best! I love packing tons of greens in my smoothies, along with superfoods and fruit to make a complete smoothie. My favorite veggies to add into smoothies are spinach, cucumber, zucchini, and cauliflower. This smoothie in particular features baby spinach, along with Vital Proteins matcha collagen. Adding collagen into your diet is another great way to boost energy naturally, get in protein, and benefit your overall wellness. But, I promise this smoothie isn’t just about the veggies; it includes banana, raspberries, pineapple, and more!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serving size: 1
1 frozen banana
handful frozen pineapple + raspberries
handful baby spinach
1tbs hemp seeds 1 scoop Vital Proteins matcha collagen
Blend all ingredients and enjoy! For a thicker smoothie, use only a little coconut water.
