Greens Superfood Chia Pudding {gf,v}

Chia pudding is one of my favorite breakfasts, and it also makes a great, healthy snack any time of day. This chia pudding is the ultimate chia pudding because it includes tons of superfoods. It includes maca, spirulina, matcha, and lots more in the Teami Blends Greens Powder. Plus, it's loaded with antioxidants from the chia seeds, healthy fats and fiber from the flaxseed meal. The milk used for this recipe is one of my homemade coconut mylks; Superfood Coconut Mylk. You can find this on my blog, and it only takes 5 ingredients to make; no need to run out to the store! The flavor in this chia pudding is so rich, with a mix of superfoods and a cinnamon vanilla flavor. I also love how a small amount of chia seeds goes a long way; this recipe yields 4 servings. Starting your day with a jar of this will boost your day more than you could imagine!

 
 

RECIPE

Prep time: 5 minutes

Total time: 65 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2c Superfood Coconut Mylk {see recipe on my blog}

1/2c chia seeds

3tbs flaxseed meal

1tsp cinnamon

1tbs raw honey {optional}


METHOD

1. Add Superfood Coconut Mylk to a jar and add in the rest of the ingredients.

2. Stir well, then let sit in the fridge for at least an hour.

3. Remove from fridge, add your favorite fresh fruit, and enjoy!
