Hazelnut Butter Crunch Granola {gf,v,rsf}

Every time I find myself with nothing to do, I pretty much set out to develop a new granola recipe. This granola is yet another super crunchy, nuts packed flavor. It includes a mix of rolled oats, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, seeds, and more. Plus, it features Hazelnut Butter by Georgia Grinders. I talk about them all the time, but they are seriously the cleanest and most flavorful nut butters ever. All ingredients in this recipe are gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free, and packed with nutrients and fiber. If you haven't started making your own granola yet, this is your calling. Nothing is better than granola that is transparent, clean, flavorful, and personalized!

 
 

RECIPE

Prep time: 5 minutes

Bake time: 30 minutes

Serving size: 12


INGREDIENTS

1c gluten free rolled oats

1/2 each: chopped hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds, pecans

2tbs pepitas

2tbs pure maple syrup

1/4c unsweetened coconut flakes

1tbs each: chia seeds & hemp seeds

2tbs Georgia Grinders Hazelnut Butter {wellnesswithmak: 20% off!}

1tbs melted coconut oil

1/2tsp pure vanilla

Cinnamon + pink salt to taste

 

METHOD

Preheat oven to 325 F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until coated evenly.

3. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes before breaking into clusters. Place in freezer to help harden if desired.
