Matcha Breeze Smoothie Bowl {gf,v,rsf}

Let's admit it, there is nothing better than a smoothie bowl on a sunny summer day. I'm such a fruity smoothie girl, but every smoothie needs to sneak at least a veggie or two in there. This smoothie bowl is loaded with body loving ingredients, such as frozen mango, pineapple, banana, spinach, frozen steamed cauliflower, dates, and collagen!! I threw in one of my favorite flavors of collagen: matcha. Matcha is a powerful superfood with a list of benefits alone, such as being a great source of antioxidants. This smoothie is sure to keep you full and energized for hours, especially with a little almond butter and hemp seeds mixed in. Just add your favorite toppings, and you're all set!

 
 

RECIPE

Total time: 5 minutes

Serving size: 1


INGREDIENTS

1/2 frozen banana

handful frozen mango + pineapple

handful baby spinach

1/4c frozen steamed cauliflower

1/2tbs Georgia Grinders salt free almond butter {20% off: wellnesswithmak}

1 date

sprinkle hemp seeds

1 serving Vital Proteins matcha collagen

cinnamon

coconut water


METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Start with a little liquid, and add more if needed.

2. Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings. I used mango, pumpkin seeds, and hemp seeds!
