Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bliss Balls {gf,v}

If you're looking for a quick, easy, and healthy peanut butter chocolate chip energy bite, you've come to the right place! The peanut butter flavor is these is just right for a snack, with the perfect touch of sweetness from the dairy free dark chocolate chips. They are packed with hearty oats, peanut butter, dates, raw honey, nuts, and many other nutrient dense ingredients. It doesn't get much easier than this; you just throw everything into a blender and you're good to go. You can grab these before a workout, crumble it on top of oatmeal or yogurt, grab before you run out the door, or snack on them after dinner!

 
 

RECIPE

Prep time: 5 minutes

Serving size: 10


INGREDIENTS

1c gluten free rolled oats

10 pitted dates

1/4c creamy peanut butter

3tbs raw honey

1tbs flaxseed meal

1tbs hemp seeds

1tsp cinnamon

3tbs dairy free dark chocolate chips

*Optional to add 1scoop of vanilla vegan protein


METHOD

1. Add all ingredients besides dark chocolate chips to a food processor and pulse.

2. Stop and scrape sides every so often until well combined.

3. Once combined, fold in the chocolate chips and mix evenly.

4. Roll into about 2 inch balls. {if batter is too wet, add in some more oats and mix}

5. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!

6. Store in fridge.
