            My Philosophy

As an Institute of Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach, my holistic philosophy is based on the idea that we are all bio-individuals; this means our diet, lifestyle, health, etc are not one size fits all. I approach my programs with a beginner's mind, which ensures that my guidance is tailored to your individual needs and concerns. My practice is based on the idea that our overall health is defined by our primary and secondary health. With my approach, our primary health is everything off our plate; it is our physical activity, spirituality, creativity, home environment, home cooking, joy, relationships, and creativity. This means that all these factors come first when it comes to our health and wellbeing, followed by the food we set on our plate. Concurrently, I like to focus on adding the good in to crowd out what's not working, rather than focusing everything you need to take out of your diet or lifestyle. This approach works because when we focus on adding in the good, whether it's on our plate or in our daily routine, what previously wasn't working doesn't have room anymore and crowds out on it's own. Through my approach, we will work to navigate the primary foods of your concern, along with the secondary element of food to achieve your happiest and healthiest lifestyle.

At the end of the day, it is all connected, and each element plays a vital role in our overall health and wellness. The way I guide each client will never be the same because I tailor my program to you, not the other way around. After much research, education, and personal discovery, I have adapted my own method of understanding individuals' unique health and lifestyle needs. This is designed to create the healthiest and happiest version of yourself as an individual. I strive to guide my clients to balance, not perfection. 

With this holistic approach comes ditching dieting, loads of unnecessary detoxes and supplements, and social media or google trends. Without these tools, the ball is truly in your court; you have your health and lifestyle in your hands, to put in the work and create sustainable habits. My services range from 6 month reset programs, 3 month clarity programs, one time in depth sessions, and individual grocery store tours, almost all of which start out with a free 1:1 health history consultation.
